How is Holy Charms delivered?

Holy Charms is a digital Windows app. For a successful purchase, portable app access and download instructions are supplied to the email address associated with your order. There is no physical package, courier delivery, or shipping charge.

Help with a missing download

Check your spam folder and confirm the email address used for your purchase. If you have not received access within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact support with your order reference. Do not make a second payment to resolve a missing email.

Before you open the app

Use a Windows computer and follow the instructions supplied with your download. A personal purchase covers use on up to two PCs.

Keep your order details for support. If you replace a computer or need help accessing your purchase, email us.

Access to new charms

Your purchase includes access to future charms as they are released. Keep your purchase email and order reference to request access or resolve a download issue. New charms do not follow a fixed release schedule.

If something does not work

Contact support for a missing download, app launch issue, or technical problem. Our refund policy explains your options if we cannot resolve a qualifying issue.
