Who is responsible?

Holy Charms and holycharms.shop are operated by Ameya Karande in India. Email support@holycharms.shop for a privacy question or request.

Website visits

Vercel hosts this website and may process technical request information, including IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, and timestamps, to deliver and secure the site. The storefront has no advertising trackers or analytics script. Fonts are served with the website.

Interactive charm previews run in your browser. Wish text entered in a preview stays in the page’s memory, is not sent to our server, and clears when you reload.

Preferences on your PC

The desktop app stores your selected charm, its position, and any saved wish or interaction progress locally on your computer. The app does not send these preferences to our server. Removing app data or changing computers can affect this local information.

Support and purchase enquiries

When you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you send. We use this information to answer questions, help with purchases and downloads, and resolve problems.

Provide an order reference for purchase support. Do not send card details, a UPI PIN, passwords, OTPs, or private activation credentials. This storefront does not collect card or UPI credentials.

We keep correspondence only as needed to handle your request, maintain necessary records, and meet legal obligations. You can request access, correction, or deletion; some records may need to be retained for legal reasons.

Purchases and activation

Checkout asks for your name, email address, and phone number. PayU processes payment details on its own checkout page. We receive the order reference, payment status, amount, and information needed to verify your purchase. We do not receive your card number, card security code, or UPI PIN.

Cloudflare hosts purchase verification and stores purchase records, licence status, and PC activations. An activation includes a public device key and a PC label. The private device key stays encrypted on your computer. We use activation records to enforce the two-PC licence and provide buyer-only downloads.

Resend sends purchase and licence-recovery emails, including your licence key, to your purchase email address. Replies and support messages are handled through Google Workspace. Our service uses limited technical request information to prevent abuse.

Sharing and security

We do not sell your personal information. Hosting and email providers may process information needed to operate the website and support service, including outside India. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

We use secure connections and access controls. Keep private purchase credentials to yourself. No service can guarantee absolute security.
